The Southern Dakota County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has donated $1,200 to Burnsville High School's new community project, "BrainPower in a BackPack." The project will provide weekend food for up to 100 Sky Oaks Elementary School students who qualify for federally funded meals on school days.
